Vacuum Machines
Vacuum machines with different evacuation arrangements and tank capacities for die casting.
UNO
300 L tank, one vacuum channel.
VACMAX · VACEXT
Evacuation from the shot sleeve and the mold; extension units close to the mold.

UNO and VACMAX
Two machines; the tank, pump and evacuation arrangement are selected together for the application.

UNO
Combines a 300 L vacuum tank with a single vacuum channel.
300 L · 1 vacuum channel

VACMAX
Supports evacuation from both the shot sleeve and the mold.
250 · 500 · 800 L · 2 vacuum channels
Evacuation circuits
Where the vacuum is drawn from, and how close the valve sits to the mold, decides the actuation time. Three arrangements cover single-channel evacuation, combined shot-sleeve and mold evacuation, and extension units at the mold.
UNO
Single vacuum channel from the 300 L tank to the mold and shot sleeve. Share the casting machine and mold details to establish the required installation.

VACMAX
Two vacuum channels: evacuation from the shot sleeve and from the mold. Available tank capacities: 250 L · 500 L · 800 L.

VACEXT
Extension units mounted close to the mold reduce actuation time. The arrangement supports up to four extension units, with tank and pump selection based on the application.

Tank capacities and vacuum channels
| Model | Tank capacity options | Vacuum channels |
|---|---|---|
| UNO | 300 L | 1 |
| VACMAX | 250 L, 500 L or 800 L | 2 |
| VACEXT | 500 L, 800 L or 1,000 L | Up to 4 |
Select the tank, pump and evacuation arrangement together for the application. The pump, machine dimensions and casting-machine suitability depend on the complete configuration.
