Shot Sleeves
One- or two-part designs, fully or partially cooled. The Vacuum Shot Sleeve provides a connection for evacuation from the sleeve.
Plunger Tips
Precision-machined and ground. Specify the part geometry and its interface with the sleeve and injection assembly.
Sprue Bushes & Diffusers
Hardened and nitrided. Integral, jacket or conformal cooling for the applicable design.
Drawing requirements
Send the drawing and revision with the installation details, so cooling and vacuum connections can be reviewed together.
