Evacuation circuits
Where the vacuum is drawn from, and how close the valve sits to the mold, decides the actuation time. Three arrangements cover single-channel evacuation, combined shot-sleeve and mold evacuation, and extension units at the mold.

VACMAX
Two vacuum channels: evacuation from the shot sleeve and from the mold. Available tank capacities: 250 L · 500 L · 800 L.

VACEXT
Extension units mounted close to the mold reduce actuation time. The arrangement supports up to four extension units, with tank and pump selection based on the application.
